Windows 10 for phones is set to come with Windows Store Beta, which is quite similar to Store Beta on PCs. Store Beta would consist of live Movies & TV page. However, the Music option is likely to come in the next build.
Additionally, the Windows 10 Mobile Build will consist of Universal Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint , OneNote Preview, Xbox app, Music Preview app and the Video Preview app.
It will also come with a new camera app with features like HDR, video stabilization for video and face-based autofocus. However, the post by Microsoft confirms that high-end Lumia devices like 1520, 1020, 930, 830, 640, and 640XL have some features not supported by the new Camera app.
Meanwhile, PCs running on a pirated version of Windows 7 or Windows 8 will have to pay for upgrading to Windows 10. Here's what Microsoft wrote on a blog post in regards to its future tidings, "Microsoft and our OEM partners know that many consumers are unwitting victims of piracy , and with Windows 10, we would like all our customers to move forward with us together. While our free offer to upgrade to Windows 10 will not apply to Non-Genuine Windows devices, and as we've always done, we will continue to offer Windows 10 to customers running devices in a Non-Genuine state."
