Telegram for Windows Phone updated with improved Gif support and more

Telegram for Windows Phone has been updated to version 1.19.0.0. The latest update brings some refinements and more control to the app, and features the following changelog:

Added new GIF support: Play within the app, download 20 times faster

Ability to manage cache : You can now control the amount of storage that is occupied by telegram, you can erase the storage occupied by the specified content

Automatic Download settings for media files

Much improve application performance

Further improvements in Gif support is being promised in the next version of the app.
