Users can plug their Windows 10 Mobile phone or tablet into an external monitor and plug in a keyboard and mouse and the device's user interface will scale up to resemble a "PC-like" desktop interface.
Keep in mind that, since this build is on the development branch, it's now only available for Fast Ring Insiders using a Lumia 950, 950 XL, 550, or Xiaomi Mi4.
"This is our first new preview build for Windows 10 Mobile from our Development Branch this year", Microsoft's Gabe Aul notes. It also lets IT pros test software updates against line-of-business systems and apps, so they can ensure everything looks good before deploying to end-users.
According to a new report coming from China, Microsoft has already teamed up with OnePlus and Xiaomi to bring another Windows 10 Mobile ROM for a few smartphones.
