Microsoft Set to roll out Windows 10 Update on Selected Smartphones

It seems that Microsoft is not keeping its word regarding the Windows Phone upgrade.

Microsoft, which has been a leading name in the world of technology for several decades now, has dominated the markets of technology time and again. This is true that Microsoft still needs to work a lot on its mobile update if it really wants to sell Lumia phones or upcoming, rumored Surface phones.

A company that has been the leading name in the markets of technology for the past 40 years, Microsoft has truly been one of the biggest players and a giant in the markets of technology. The biggest change is expected to come out in the branding strategy and the Windows Phone devices shall now be looked as business phones. It has been in the market since the days of the pre-symbian era and was one of the hottest names when the Symbian revolution began and Nokia's dominance exerted across the markets. The chances are that the Surface line of phones are advanced and will be ready to support every other Windows 10 mobile update.

"Since the beginning of the Microsoft Edge project, our roadmap has always included extensions in order to support a vibrant community of developer innovation on top of the browser, enabling new and interesting scenarios for our customers", Microsoft Edge general manager Drew DeBruyne said yesterday in a post on the Windows Experience Blog. This update is all set to make use of the power of Bing search and Bing will be made the default homepage and search engine too. The list seemingly highlights the most capable devices considering that Windows 10 Mobile requires more resources than the previous OS.

Windows 10 Mobile update has come for many existing devices, but many other Microsoft devices are going to remain without the latest software update.
