Lumia Icon is Now Eligible for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Builds

During his live stream game session, the operating system updated automatically and his live steam was disrupted.

The announcement comes in the wake of the news that Windows 10 now enjoys about 14.5 percent market share among all computers by the end of April and also close to its launch anniversary.

The Windows 10 Universal Windows Platform (UWP) games and apps are finally receiving some much-needed updates.

At the same time, the Windows Store is also experiencing continuous growth, as latest apps are being built especially for the Universal Windows platform, while updates to all such apps as well as new games being regularly added to the online store, Tech Times reported.

Microsoft has said that it will be updating both Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and the Forza Motorsport 6: Apex beta to reflect these changes at some point in the near future.

Please keep the feedback coming!

Universal Windows Platform (UWP) is a programming application for Windows 10 developers that lets them create a single version of software to run across all Windows devices including PCs, smartphones, tablets, and the Xbox One. Microsoft is clearly slowly proving that Windows 10 will soon be the place to game.

It's a rarity when a feature that has been a core part of the OS from the start gets removed completely, but so is happening with the FM Radio app on Windows 10 Mobile.

Does DirectX 12 and UWP support full screen exclusive mode? This will improve perceived latency as the game will be able to present the most up to date frame (with the most update to date input data) when the monitor is ready for a new refresh.

However, Microsoft cautions that it's up to the developers to allow for use of this tech, either with the sync technologies or the ability to unlock the frame rate.
