Windows 10 Mobile OS now released for Nokia Lumia devices

Microsoft is one of the biggest and most powerful brands in the software market and the Redmond-based company keeps on changing many trends in the world of technology. The company's latest update has been all about bringing forward a much needed update for the users of the Nokia Lumia devices. The Windows 10 Mobile OS is now rolling out for the older Nokia-made Windows Phone devices.

This device was surrounded in a controversy as it was anticipated that Microsoft might end up focusing more on their own devices and not updating the older devices. But by releasing the Windows 10 Mobile OS update for the older phones, Microsoft has sent a clear message that the company is committed for the cause of all their users.

The Windows 10 Mobile OS Update has now been officially introduced into the markets for the users of the Lumia 1520, 930, 640, 640XL, 730, 735, 830, 532, 535, 540, 635 1GB, 636 1GB, 638 1GB, 430, 435, BLU Win HD w510u, BLU Win HD LTE x150q, and the MCJ Madosma Q501 devices.

Some major devices such as the Lumia 520, Lumia 1020 and the Lumia 1320, however, which have missed out on this update. For its part, Microsoft has posted a blog saying that the update has been released only for those devices which would offer the the best quality of experience to the users.

Earlier, Microsoft had only three devices running on the Windows 10 OS - Lumia 550, Lumia 650 and Lumia 950. But the latest update brings it out for a much larger number of devices.
