The few legacy Windows Phone devices that have been promised an update to Windows 10 Mobile are, in many cases, still waiting. AT&T's got the Lumia 640 still kicking around with 8.1, but customers are starting to see a change.
The support forums have been buzzing that the latest OTA for the Lumia 640 bumps that OS up to Windows 10 Mobile. AT&T shortly thereafter updated its product support page for the phone. The update is 750MB large and brings the build version to 10586.107.
Now, if the Lumia 640 XL could only get the darn update.
