Windows 10 Testers can now sync Windows Phone Notifications to PCs

However, this unfavourable climate hasn't put the brakes on HP's development of a flagship Windows 10 based mobile for business, the HP Elite X3. The screen size of HP Elite x3 is a massive 5.96-inch QHD display, and that screen size alone has allowed HP to incorporate a 4,150mAh cell inside.

HP calls the Elite X3 a 3-in-1, a new category it cooked up just a few hours ago to indicate how the smartphone can also be a desktop and a laptop, confirming the "lapdock" accessory that was promised four months ago.

While the Lumia 640 is on the initial list of Windows 10 Mobile-compatible devices, for some reason variants of this phone that came with an AT&T contract weren't able to receive the upgrade.
