Many of them already reported on Reddit that they've received the update and even an AT&T representative has confirmed at the AT&T Forums the roll out of the Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary update.

Microsoft has brought many improvements to the new update, and we'll mention some of the new features and changes:

– Cortana is able to sync across devices and it's allowed to search in users' Office 365 account;– Cortana will show new notifications in the Action Center;– Microsoft has replaced the back-button on the lock screen with a camera button;– Live tiles update badges and content at the same time;– The default wallpaper for a new device has been changed– Notification icons have a smaller size;– Microsoft Edge has peen updated to version 38.14393;– There are new panels, settings and options in Settings etc

As for the Lumia 640 XL, it's a phablet with a 5.7-inch IPS LCD HD screen, which is fueled by a Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor that's backed by an Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB of RAM and it has an internal memory of only 8GB, but it supports expansion with a microSD card.

While the internal configuration isn't that impressive, both cameras perform well. The primary one has Carl Zeiss optics and a resolution of 13MP, while the secondary camera is 5MP. The battery is removable and has a capacity of 3000mAh. Source: neurogadget
