Football fan? FC Barcelona launches their official app for Windows phones

It's late, but football fans won't complain. The official FC Barcelona app has finally landed on the Windows Store allowing you to follow the latest Barça news, get real-time match updates, highlights and videos from one of the most popular football (soccer for those across the pond!) clubs in the world.

Available in five languages – Catalan, Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese – the app not only offers news from all football teams but also other sports including Barça B, Women's Football, Basketball, Handball, Futsal and Roller Hockey.

You can access BarçaVIDEO to watch the latest match highlights and interviews, check out match schedules, and follow your favorite teams and real-time scores and match reports. You can also follow the squad and get updates about your favorite players. The app also allows you to buy tickets to upcoming matches as well as for Camp Nou Tour and Barça Museum and access the official FCB Store to buy Barça jerseys and other accessories.

The app offers a neat UI and a seamless user experience. You can choose the type of notifications you want – from major news updates to score updates to every goal that happens. If you're a footy fan, grab the free app and let us know how you like it. Unfortunately, the FC Barcelona is not on the UWP and therefore is only available for Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobile.
