Microsoft Corporation To Shut Down Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile OS Devices?

Microsoft Corporation has been one of the smartest tech firms in the markets of technology. The company has been coming out with a large number of software and OS updates over the years. In the last 40 years, they have cemented their place in the markets of technology as a top name in the world of technology. Microsoft has also been slowly making their way forward in the world of hardware technology, and while their surface series of devices have been performing especially well in the markets, the problem has always been consistent with the mobile phone devices, as despite their best effort, Microsoft is just not able to push the Windows 10 Mobile OS and Windows Phone devices into the markets.

Microsoft has been trying very hard to bring forward many changes in the way things work in the markets, but none of it is working in their favour. Microsoft has been losing out major money in the mobile phone division, and the losses have just been piling up. Tens of billions of dollars have gone down the drain and nothing seems to be coming out of it.

Microsoft Corporation is now expected to shut down the Windows 10 Mobile OS and Windows Phone divisions, if the market speculations are to be believed. The company has fired over 1800 employees, and has sold off a portion of their mobile phone division to HMD Global and FIH Mobiles. It is now expected that the company will slowly be bowing out of the mobile phone markets at large.

Microsoft Mobiles was a division that was destined to be doomed, as the company took over Nokia which was an underperforming brand when they took over, and they expected to turn it around. However, things didn't quite work out as well as intended, and one can bid goodbye to the Windows 10 Mobile OS and Windows Phone devices soon.
