Microsoft NFC Tap to Pay: On the 10th-anniversary celebrations of Windows, which is also called by its code name as Redstone, will have many celebrations in the form of new upgraded features for all the PC users.
The tool is now in preview and has some quirks; it installs a preview build from the fast track, but Microsoft notes that the new tool can sometimes install a version older than the one now installed.

The Windows 10 OS is better than ever and is way better than the Windows 8 OS. Yesterday, Microsoft released Build 14367 to the Fast ring, and today it follows that up by releasing that build's predecessor, 14366, to the Slow ring.
In addition to these, the new build improves on cross-device notifications from your phone to the PC. It's also not widely available just yet; it only works on Windows Insider preview builds 14342 or later. A clean install leaves your PC in a completely fresh state, wiping everything off your main hard drive to reinstall Windows.
Thus, these will be the supported merchants for the Windows 10 mobile users.
With the "start fresh" option in Anniversary update, Microsoft is making it easier to create a non-bloatware-addled system. But the bug bash is more structured and urgent, since participants must complete some tasks before they expire.
There has been quite a controversy over this selective release as the users of other popular devices such as the Lumia 520, Lumia 1020 and Lumia 1320 are upset that their devices have not received this update.
